One suppose to be better than the other….as for feel, the way they set, and over all better for you health. (source: Addirane Curry and Sinceer.) I don’t have that problem with being small. The women in my family is natural DD and some DDD. Saline, Silicone what’s the different? They are both Fake breast!!!!
SIDE THOUGHT—If I didn’t have big breast, I probably will get them too…Well… I never have to think about that, I don’t have their problem.

OK, here is the difference, silicone is firmer since it is filled with silicone gel. Since they are filled with the gel, that is why the sit up like they do (if you ask me they are like rocks). Saline implants are filled with saline so they softer since they are filled with liquid. When it comes to safety, Saline is your best bet since, breast implants DO become worn away with time and can bust. If the saline implants becomes worn and busts, it is not a serious hazard to your health. If the silicone implant bust, is can be extremely dangerous and you must get surgery immediately. Silicone implants have a higher likelihood for busting. One thing that most people do not realize when they get implants is that you are suppose to get new implants every 5-10 years because of the wear that occurs. When people get them they do not plan for that expense. Not only that, once you get old you are not going to want (or be able) to have them anymore. If you get them removed you will look terrible. Hope this was helpful, I had to do a project on implants in my Healthcare Economics class.
