Verne Mini-Me Troyer granted temporary restraining order

Verne Troyer has sued TMZ.com, Sugar DVD and pornmeister Kevin Blatt for $20 million (£8.68), claiming violation of privacy and right to publicity; copyright and trademark infringement, and misappropriation of name and likeness.

As a result of, or maybe in asociation with, or perhaps indirectly related thereto, a Judge has granted a temporary restraining order preventing distribution and posting of clips of the 50-minute Verne Troyer sex tape.

50 minutes!!???
Damnnn; even if you include the time, on those occasions when I have to run to the drugstore to buy a condom; I don’t last that long.
Then again, there was that scene on ‘Surreal Life’ where dude seemed to pee for a generation.

For the record, the judge, Philip Gutierrez, granted the restraint on the basis that the actor had “demonstrated that he will suffer irreparable harm to his reputation” if the tape is distributed.
SMH at that…
