Seems Ande Birleanu may just be back on VH1, after all.
Andre, who starred in, and was the ’star’ of, ‘America’s Most Smartest Model’; was charged with sexual abuse and harrassment last October, stemming from complaints by two women.
But, the New York Post quotes Andre’s attorney as saying, “the New York DA’s office is moving for an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal to cover both cases. This means that both cases will be dismissed and sealed”
Aye; that’s perfect timing!
It’s too late to replace ‘Chance’, if indeed he is the successor to Flavor Flav; but why can’t we dump Bret Michaels and use this guy?
