David needs to be ashamed of himself…honestly. We were undergrads together at the University of Illinois and he’s a nice person but it’s obvious he’s trying to be famous. He’s got hella game to convince a woman who you should be training, not dating, that you’re in love with her and want to marry her all in the span of a few months. He went on I Love NY to be famous..obviously…so what’s next? Date a celebrity…I wonder when she’s gonna see the light?
I was actually at the “taste” and saw Jennifer and Fantasia’s performance. Saw David as well.

Ummm, I do know that he was in the process of releasing a work out DVD at one point some months ago. I don’t know what’s the lastest on that, Steupz. And, I also know that he was advertising “personal training” at one point as well as other things. You’re right. He’s highly intelligent but you wouldn’t believe it…speaking with him, he doesn’t come across as being a snob at all.
What I don’t get is all the hate this guy gets. People say he’s tryna be famous as if that’s a sin.
It would be so easy for that guy to parlay his education into a safe 120k/yr career, or better.
Instead the dude took a risk. That makes him ‘ok’ in my book; the trail of dumped ladies notwithstanding, lol.

Something is wrong with that, Steupz. How do you go from Chrystal to Jennifer Hudson. I am speaking in terms of the physical attractiveness. Take away the Oscar and the voice and you have the average plus sized woman. Not that anything is wrong with that…being plus sized because I, for one, was at one point in my life. But simply watching one of her interviews, bores the hell out of me. I think she has a wonderful voice but it seems she lacks a personality.

It is part of her and it more than makes up for the short-fall in comparison to Khrystal.

OH, and by the way Keisha, I agree 100%. I don’t care if Jennifer did win the Oscar, she still is no better than Khrystal or any other woman who may have gotten dumped because they couldn’t elevate Dude’s career. Now if we’re talking about looks, Jennifer Hudson is below average…and I’m not talking about her weight, I’m talking about her face. If she was drop dead gorgeous and her weight I don’t think most would hate. They make such an odd pairing that the jokes just write themselves. Also, Jennifer has a stank attitude and she really believes her hype. She is an Oscar winner, but who is really checking for her??? I think Jennifer is the only celebrity that got swept up in David, so he ran with it. If another celebrity female had’ve taken interest in him, it would be him with that other person instead of Jennifer.
I wonder why he and Khrystal did break up although it is none of my biz. But, then again, did he break up with her or did he ‘vanish’ or what? She appeared to be very hurt during her appearance on the show. I work in PR! I”m telling you….she’s got a nasty attitude. I never cared for her voice, but her attitude made me not like her at all. Like you said, Girlfriend is also very boring.
David can put up with her physique because he’s not in it for love or attraction. Yea like “Uh I think you are a wonderful girl but it’s not working out. Peace.” Ok and if you are in a relationship with someone for whatever reason (PR, love, etc) at some point you have to “play it off”: Intimacy. So, I’m like “Huh?” And I hate to go there but that’s like someone asking me to date a man like Flavor Flav. I know a ton of beautiful women pursued him but the thing that comes to my mind is at some point, you have to kiss this guy. Don’t get me wrong. I think he has had a major impact on the music industry and we could probably be the best of friends and have mad fun. But, that’s one man I could never kiss. I don’t care how much money is on the table. (Yes, Steupz, I’m just that freakin shallow. The guys I go for tend to look like David.lol)
I felt sorry for Chrystal. It seemed as if she had a true genuine interest in him. But, I’m sure she will be with someone grand in the long run. She has an aura that tells she is a great girl. I just hope that D doesn’t burn all of his bridges and looks up one day…Jennifer is gone because of her ego and he’s sitting there wondering about the ones that got away. Yes, even he, too, can be alone.
