I Love Money Ratings so-so
Actually I lied, it’s terrible; but it’s improving.
Following a Premiere that captured an unbelievably disappointing 1.9 million viewers, the all-new 9:00pm showing of Episode 2 of ‘I Love Money’ earned a 1.5 P18-49 rating; which translates to 2.3 million total viewers.
This represents a 17% increase on the ‘I Love Money’ Premiere and made it the #5 program on cable for the day, July 13th.
Hopefully the trend continues because the winner receives $250000 and the series is being shot in Mexico, so they need better ratings I’d think.
In a way it serves them right, because there are still many issues surrounding the Cast.
Are there too few black contestants?
Did they choose the most entertaining people?
But, as a fan of these shows I won’t let that stop me from supporting the show and it should not stop you either.
But damnnnnn; they promoted the fuck out of this show…SMH.
Perhaps they should spend more time on effective casting and promotion and less time on chasing down every video uploaded on YouTube without their permission.
SMH again.
It’s not all bad, though; the Premiere of ‘Brooke Knows Best’ starring Brooke Hogan “earned a 1.3 P18-49 rating, a +20% improvement over the Season Premiere of the previous season of ‘Hogan Knows Best.’”
The episode averaged 2.0 million total viewers and 1.4 million 18-49 viewers.
So there you have it.

VH1 should be thinking, “Hey, we can’t expect ‘New York is in the motherfuckin’ house!’ ratings, now can we?” I Love Money ratings should be compared to other similar non-reality star studded shows. And no doubt, New York is a “motherfuckin’” reality star… fo’ sho’.
I ain’t cursing, I’m just quoting New York. Ya dig?
That’s what I’m thinking myself. New York has been a part of 4 hit shows; 5 when you consider hear appearance on Charm School added 700k more viewers, if memory serves me.

Those ratings are dismal and although they are claiming some drama will come this week, the show is still pretty boring. They all wanna act a damn fool in front of the camera but the truth is they aren’t doing shit. If the rest of the season comes with the same caliber of bullshit that’s already been shown these first 2 episodes then they shouldn’t expect the ratings to get any better than they are now.

There are a lot of things that are just wrong with this show.
THE CAST - They don’t really have a designated Lacey / Pumkin / NY / Talor Made … I guess you could maybe chalk it up to Megan .. but she has a completely different style. But honestly. Seriously Vh1? Nibblez? Heat? How about Larissa? Shay? Lacey? Hottie? There are so many more entertaining cast members they could have chosen from.
THE HOST - He just leaves me cold. He’s boring, unknown, and weird.
THE OUTLINE - The elimination is honestly really stupid. The team picks the bottom 3 and the OTHER team eliminates someone? That’s so dumb. That’s gonna leave Pumkin / Toastee / Brandi C around a lot longer than they should, and more importantly, that’s gonna leave Pumkin around a lot longer than she should. It’s a TERRIBLE style of elimination. SO stupid, I can’t get over it. What it SHOULD be is the team picks the bottom 3, and then the bottom 3 compete in another challenge to stay in the competition. This is honestly one of the dumbest styles of elimination ever.
THE DRAMA - There is none. There’s Pumkin with her faux drama trying to get her own spin off show. (I heard VH1 is working on something like “Life in a 60 year old’s body” but just a rumor) Even the supertrailer has left me bored. There’s really nothing to look forward to, no big “OMG” moment coming up. I think this is the only supertrailer that I’ve thought that.
Oh well, it’s still fun and I hope they do have an ILM 2.

Hey Grump-o-Matic, I’m with you. But check it out, as they get closer and closer to the two fiddy kay, I expect their camera-cheesing asses to slowly but subconsciously drop the fakeness as their darwinian primitive greedy minds take control from deep within the brain stem causing them to cannibalize each other with a vengeance, subsequently decreasing the “comedy,” the posing, and the bore factor. Trust me, the potential gauntlet of greed is bound to be worse than any crackhead alley.

The cast could be a lot better. Mr. Boston, Heat, and the Entertainer…why??? They shouldn’t have listened to Chance and should’ve put Punk or someone big on the show.
As for the ladies, Larissa was key for this show but I have a feeling she’s done making herself look stupid. And why is Rodeo on this show? I needed more Daisy VH1!!
I doubt folks like Larissa - spoiled, soft bodied, and with nine inch nails — could ever pull any of these physical stunts off, let alone put out their own garbage.

hey everyone. the cast gets two thumbs down. it seems like the drama really revolves around the entertainer and hoopz, brandi c. and pumkin eventually as well as rodeo. im bored i will continue to watch but just looking at the cast bores me. why are they showing more and more of how annoying mr. boston can b. he gets possibly the most air time out of the whole cast.

I am going to wait and see how the next two or three episodes look before I make my decision on whether or not I will continue watching this show.
I really thought Heather would take more of a leadership role on this show……..maybe she will later, I hope so. Maybe then the interaction between the contestants will get up to speed.
I was laughed so hard when she popped, popped, popped Daisy in the head at the ROL reunion show. That whiney skank deserved it.

I watched the first epsode, & will continue to watch it until the end. Although, I wish they’d picked Buckeey & Bootz, they’re both very entertaining in my opinion. PEACE!!!
Ratings are going to stay at a decent but low level.
I watched this show with one of my friends and she refuses to watch anymore now that Mr. Boston is off the show.
Most of my other friends followed suit- especially now that Chance is gone- I’m going to be watching this show by myself for now on.
I think I’m going to watch it till Toastee gets eliminated.. good news is that it seems likely that she could win this show, especially if the final challenge requires mental strength too.
