New York Interview (audio only)

Click on over to VH1 to listen to their interview with New York
Enigmatic has already heard it like 17 times already and this is her ‘bulletinized’ summary.
1) New York says she will probably reduce her breasts by 2-3 cup sizes so she can fit her clothes better.
2) She gained 30 pounds after she stopped smoking because she started eating during times she would usually smoke. She says she has lost most of the weight and doesn’t desire to lose too much more weight after that.
3) She saw Flav a day before the FOL 3 reunion and she says he seemed excited about the reunion and he was happy to see her again.
4) She was shocked but happy that he proposed to Liz and she admires how much he has matured.
5) She says Tailor Made became distant after ‘I Love New York 2′ started airing and attributes it to both of them getting distracted by the extra fame and attention.
6) She says she wishes the best for him and she really didn’t mean the things she said to him during the filming of ‘New York Goes to Hollywood’.
7) She isn’t ruling out an ‘I Love New York 3′ or any other reality show but she says her main focus is still on acting and currently no future reality shows are in the works.
8.) She says she often forgot she was filming ‘New York Goes To Hollywod’ and says the show is more reflective of what she does and how she is during her real life.
9) She says the odds were seriously against her succeeding on this show because of her weight gain, reality show past and her perceptions of what she needed to do to become an actress.
10) Says she would love to play the role of a “crackhead mom” and she would prefer to be a dramatic actress over a comedic one.

In the sneak premier, you can tell that she added the 30lbs, no doubt — and it looks good.
Good thing she is thinking about a breast overhaul; she’ll probably do that for the wishful second season or something.
So, only a few more days until the first official New York Goes To Hollywood Bourgy recap.
Yes, perhaps even fewer than a ‘few more days’ cause Matic is excited to recap it.
‘Matic? As in ol’ Mattie Mat? Wise choice. She hates everything and will give the recaps what they deserve.
good interview steups maybe you like this interview from big tigger that he did with black and seezinz
one Flavor of Love spin-off I sadly will not be watching
this is part 2 of the interview
I think the first episode of this show was better than I Love Money. It’s not the best show in the world but it’s an improvement over that ILM bullshit.
Bull.Shit. I Love Money>New York Flops In Hollywood. Wow,that shit was so lame. I was fallin asleep while I was watchin that mess,New York should be ashamed. Shes trying too hard and shes failing. I miss the New York from FOL season 1,at least she was interesting. Shes so boring,Bootz’s show is gonna shit on this
I take this interview with a grain of salt.
At first I read she wanted to get bigger boobs because she said her weight fluctuates so much especially when it is her time of the month and she wanted to get boobs that would stay in proportion to her weight going up and down.
I feel the only reason she wants to go 2 or 3 cups smaller is because everyone makes fun of them and they definitely do not fit her body size. She can’t admit she made a mistake getting giant boobs.
I didn’t want to listen to the rest of the audio.
This chick is so phony and clueless.
Now she feels she would love to play the role of a cackhead mom and be a serious actress instead of a comedic one.
Good luck with that New York, but why don’t you save yourself the trouble and just go straight to porn.
Hahahahaha!
Fadder Lawddd; hahaha!
All Joann…We Love New York. Please give her show a chance. What else do vh1 have to watch?
ROTFL@her wanting to be a crackhead mom to be taken seriously. So she wants to do Sister Patterson’s biopic? Gerl stop
Lmao…
I should link y’all to a terrible Sister Patterson interview ’cause it’s been a while since we heard from her.
Click here, then click on Vol 6 A, to listen to the Sister Patterson interview
Random New York Picture
Pale Black Sheep sent me this yesterday.
Why is Deelishis putting herself in drama?
To Babygirl-Pebbles,
I said I would watch the first episode of New York Goes To Hollywood because I want to see the “fake” break-up of her and Tailor Made.
But I think this “break-up” may extend to the second or maybe the third episode.
I will give anyone a chance, just like I would want someone to give me a chance, but this chick lies or should I say put a spin on her statements soooooo much you cant’t, or should I say I CAN’T, believe a word she says.
I really don’t think she knows what she is doing. I honestly think the people “in charge” of New YorK are just making money off of her acting a bigger fool than she already has.
Why woud someone think playing a crackhead mom would add to their credibility of becoming a serious actress. I say again, why a crackhead mom? Why would that even interest someone who wants to become a serious actress?
I am going to check this out and watch it as long as I can stand it. Just like I watched “Under One Roof” with Flav. I watched 3 times and could not watch again.
These are my people, but DAMN I ain’t backing no losing horse, I don’t care what color it is and especially when they can’t tell the truth.
Joann kills me with almost every comment, lol.
Lmao @ “DAMN I ain’t backing no losing horse”
About the crack head mom thing…. I kinda thought Tiffany (like I know her… not) was being humorous and silly, in a attempt at promoting the show via her New York “persona” — there is no other way to do this, especially for a “celebreality” show. Neither she nor VH1 can expect her to be “Tiffany” and promote in that manner and match up to the previous levels of ratings success. As a result, she must play her character, ***especially*** for VH1 interviews.
I thought the crackhead thing was sly and funny in a New York way, and that’s because Halle Berry played a drug addict early in her career on at least two such occasions, if I am not mistaken, and typically did/does dramas.
Note: I am NOT equally New York to Halle Berry.
phhhhuck, I mean “equaling.”
Hmm,is Deelishis insinuating that Busta Rhymes is ghey? I wonder…
To CL,
I THINK I understand what you meant and I know you are not equating Halle Bery with New York(I swear I cannot call her Tiffany). But I think what you are saying is New York wants to play a role as deep as that. Halle Berry was excellent playing that role. If this is not what you meant, then please let me know.
As far as black women in the acting fields are concerned, I love, love, love, Halle Berry, Angela Bassett, Jennifer Lewis, Elise Kimberly, Queen Latifah( I am not sure about the spelling) and of course Cicely Tyson. I know there are many more. These are ACTRESS.
To stepuz,
I love, love humor. Even when I am trying to make a point I naturally put some type of humor in it, whether you get it or not.
My grandmother raised me and she said always try to keep it humorous and truthful.
I am glad I can make someone laugh.
Love your website and it is so, so, so good to be able to chat with people with sense and know how to form a sentence.
I use to be on another website and all I got back for the most part were anwers like this:
“I hate that b$%#& amd she can kiss my m@*### F%#@^@%%# A@@@/ that son-of-a b####. You all can go to h&##.”
“You all can #$%##%^&^& and when you do that then you can ^%%$###$.
I didn’t even know what they were talking abut. LOL. I lost sight of the question I was asking.
I had to give that up REAL quick. I couldn’t understand one answer. LOL.
Keep up the good work steupz.
I think the bitch doesn’t look that good but still looks good. I just remember her in Flavor of love season 2 she had like the perfect body ever.
Joann, you wrote too soon, lmao.
Bisex, whattup, yo, lol.
Anyways, thanks Joann, we go for quantity around here, but always end up with quality.
Drats! (snaps finger and runs hand across chest)
This post is forcing me to repost my favorite comment in bourgy/blogspot history:
“Mr. new toolie Jun 21st, 2008 at 6:37 pm
i have two words what i would do to new york Tittie fuck the shit out of her and mr new york will look on in horror as i Skeeted all over her breast implants”
lololool
Lmfao… I really needed to laugh tonight.
It’s early morning, I’m tired and stressed.
But that comment has me rolling.
Okay where did you and mediatakeout get those pics? Mediatakeout also has some of her in a pink t-shirt. Do u have those?
@Everyone…especially Joann…New York is only trying to entertain us. Do we really believe she is going to make it in hollywood? Whether it good entertainment or not. She is doing her thing. I’m not giving her show a chance because she is black…but because I like watching her…she makes me laugh, I can’t wait to see what she’ll be doing next. I know Vh1 don’t take her serious…I believe she know that…If you listen to her interview; she left the table open for a ILNY3. Vh1 only in it for the money. She pull the best ratings for them. They love her for only that…She love them for only the paycheck. She use them just like they use her…Think about it. So tune in to NY goes to hollywood just for entertainment…treat yourself to a laugh or just something to write on this blog about.
Love this blog Steupz…
Joann, sorry for the lack of clarty. What I mean is: “New York” was likely bullshitting her ass off about truly wanting to play a crackhead mom. Yet, such a role is, at the very least, one that typically allows actors to go on to more challenging and respectable roles.
For example, Morgan Freeman played a pimp, won an Oscar for it, and then consistently played “better” characters and become well known. Halle played a stripper and a drug addict twice, her second addict role being opposite Jessica Lange; her career pretty much skyrocketed after that. And then there is my boy, Jeffrey Wright, who played the drug addicted artist, Basquiat, and then drug lord, Peoples Hernandez, opposite Christian Bale; his career has skyrocketed after that role. And lastly there’s Sam Jackson — oh, excuse me, he’s now Samuel Jackson.
It just seems like playing such secondary characters serves the purpose of accelerating a career, but not one that folks necessarily want to play if they can get better and substantial lead roles from the jump. And I guess I wish to believe that New York is playing “New York” and saying whatever she has to say to make this show a success, which is to sound absurd, be funny, draw hate mongers, tell partial truths and lies, and entertain… all with no script.
To CL,
What you wrote made sense.
I am going to do something that I did not think I would ever do. I will keep my mind open about New York and look at what she is doing and where she is going from your perspective.
Maybe there is a method to her madness.
If I find that I was wrong about her I will be the first to say it on this blog for everyone to see, BUT if I’m not…..oh baby, it’s on. LOL.
To Babygirl-Pebbles,
Since I love humor I will REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, try to look at her show(at least the first two episodes or maybe three) with a different attitude.
I don’t know NY personally but, her character just turns me off, off, off.
CL and Babygirl-Pebbles you two are killlllllling me. LOL
