Enigmatic’s New York Goes To Hollywood Recap: Tailor Made & New York break-up
Episode 7 picks up with New York and Vos arriving at her house and being greeted by Tailor Made. New York is shocked and very leery of seeing Tailor Made. Tailor Made grills New York about her whereabouts and New York goes off on Tailor Made about him not loving her (Where the fuck did that come from?).
While they have a small spat, Vos sits aside and waits patiently. New York apologizes to Vos for her outburst and admires his patience… stating he is a “real man.” (I’m confused. I thought VH1 didn’t put real men on their reality shows)
After things get settled, New York practices with Vos while Tailor Made looks on. Tailor Made criticizes Vos’ performance and comments that he may be good doing off-Broadway stuff. New York chides TM for insulting Vos.
Later, Vos leaves, but not before Tailor Made tells him to pull up his pants as he walks out the door (Why was he looking at his ass? Tailor Made has looked kinda gay since he showed up)
New York is upset by Tailor Made’s presence and doubts there’s love left in their relationship.
Some time later, New York and Tailor Made have dinner where he brings up his concerns about anything possibly going on between New York and Vos. New York tells him the relationship with Vos is completely professional (Isn’t that what all guilty looking people say?)
In the ‘Confessional’ she questions Tailor Made’s reason for being there.
Tailor Made says New York working would help their relationship but New York says his “neglect” hasn’t helped anything. Tailor Made brings up their relationship once again but New York shows her ring-less hand while saying “What relationship?”
Tailor Made gets upset and goes to gather his things before leaving (Oh wait, Tailor Made isn’t gay, he’s just a little punk ass bitch).
The next morning Lizza arrives and New York decides she wants to practice her lines with her pillow. New York practices for a little while before her thoughts of the night before come back to haunt her. New York calls Tailor Made, begrudgingly, and invites him to the showcase. In the ‘Confessional’, New York says she really loves Tailor Made but she doubts he will actually show up at the showcase.
Later, New York and Lizza leave to go to the acting class. When they arrive, New York notices Tailor Made isn’t there and believes he probably won’t show up. Tailor Made finally arrives late, but before New York’s performance. Scott calls on New York and Vos to begin their performance but Vos takes his shirt off before they start (Awww damn, they didn’t practice that. Now how is New York gonna be able to concentrate).
The showcase goes very well actually and when they finish, Scott gives his critique of New York. He tells New York that when she first arrived at the class, he thought she didn’t have the “acting gene” but after the showcase, he feels that she may be good enough to be an actress.
After the showcase, New York and Tailor Made go to dinner. When they arrive the conversation is extremely awkward, though Tailor Made compliments New York’s performance.
The dinner quickly gets ugly when New York again brings up Tailor Made’s abandoning her.
Tailor Made says he didn’t abandon her because she left to go to Los Angeles. New York tries to finish her thought but Tailor Made keeps talking about how she told him about never dating an employed man (Well we all know Flav is a broke-ass man but Tango didn’t have a job either?).
New York gets upset and says she never said that, but Tailor Made keeps interrupting. He then says she should have picked Buddha, and walks off (Uhh no. I thought she should have left both of their bitch-asses standing on that beach because all those ILNY 2 guys were wack).
Later, Tailor Made comes back but they continue to argue some more. New York says Tailor Made is being disrespectful.
Meanwhile, Tailor Made calls New York a “liar” and in return she calls him a “dick.”
New York gets extremely frustrated and abruptly ends the relationship right there.
At first Tailor Made thinks she is only talking about ending the dinner, but New York makes her thoughts known completely.
The episode ends with Tailor Made storming off for good while New York goes on about having tried to make their relationship work (Well if that’s trying to save a relationship then I would hate to see her actually try to destroy a relationship)

I don’t get that kind of incentive. The guys won’t be good looking to me so it’s not all that interesting. It’s harder to criticize guys unless they act stupid, fake or gay. With females it’s easier to bash their appearance.
