My very very first guess said Krazy from FOL 2 but then I looked at the hands and they look old and I don’t remember her having blue eyes.
My second guess was Miss Latin from FOL 1 until I remembered what she looked like and that isn’t it.
My last guess is Chyna from the Surreal Life. It kinda looks like her to me with the shape of her jawline and the size of her hands. Not to mention she’s much older than Krazy or Miss Latin.
