Video of Tiffany ‘New York’ Pollard’s message of condolence to Jennifer Hudson.
That’s thoughtful of New York, but what’s with the dark, lonely side-street? And really, who is New York to send a message to Jennifer Hudson after the mess she said a couple weeks ago?
NY should really just be quiet and have hoped that people would have forgotten what she said in the past.

I think it would have been better to send a note to David and Jennifer, donate some money to help find Julian, or at least use her myspace page as a way to post pics of the kid in case someone see’s him someplace…

Someone has to defend New York. I don’t think any of us are in a position to judge New York’s words. Many of us have said some things on here that weren’t nice in reference to Jennifer. That’s not the point. The fact of the matter is that a trgedy has struck and anyone that has a heart can feel for what that family is going through. I feel for what they are going through. Does that make me a bad guy too? My heart goes out to that family.

Tiffany, as everyone else, feels sorry for Jennifer and her family. NY (the character) made comments regarding Jennifer & David’s relationship. I don’t recall NY saying anything about Jennifer’s family.
Someone asked Tiffany the questions and I think she was sincere. If you don’t think so, check your own heart. Has there ever been someone in your life that you have had words with and later something happens to them or their family? Don’t you put your differences aside and say “I am sorry for your loss/situation? If not, something is wrong with you.
As a matter of fact this is not something that should be discussed on a reality board. This is real life.
When I started reading this board, it was good and talked about the shows. It was a great way to keep tract when I missed a show. It has changed.

first off, stop using the “Tiffany is not NY” defense cause that’s old. They’re the same person
second of all, who makes a video saying they’re sorry for your loss? She could have just avoided all the talk and speculation by doing it some other way. A simple phone call to Jennifer would have looked a lot more professional.
It’s not that NY isn’t being sincere when she gives her condolences, because I’m sure she is, it’s just the way she went about doing it in there current situation.
I’m annoyed about why strangers have to offer condolences to people they don’t know. I honestly could care less about what happened to Jennifer Hudson’s family and I really don’t give a damn about New York offering condolences.
If the same shit happened to my family, I wouldn’t want anyone offering me condolences. It always comes off as being forced and insincere to me. I don’t offer condolences because I honestly don’t care about who died and how sad that living person feels about the dead person.
If that makes me sound insensitive then so be it. I’m just insensitive then. The other people can explain why their comments come off as being negative.

It started out when I spoke to the magazine “In Touch” who asked me for a little bit of dish concerning Jennifer’s engagement to David, who appeared on the reality show “I Love New York” with me. Some of what I said was printed in the article, and some good things I said about them was left out, but I wasn’t upset about that because I understand how the media works and that the general public prefers a little drama to hash over. It was all in fun.”

Aurelius, I agree with you. I use to think NY and Tiffany were two different personas, but after I heard what she said about the engagement I changed my mind. She wasn’t on camera then.
Jennifer just offered a $100,000 reward for anyone finding her nephew. I really hope Julian comes home unharmed.

Then, all those people who voted her off American Idol need to offer their condolences (will they be sincere?). Some of the people who have appeared with her on “Dream Girl” and other shows has said worst things than NY (are their condolences sincere? She has been attacked about her weight before. No one; but no one; would wish this on anyone. Not even NY. The person who did this did not do it because he wanted to proved a point for NY or because the statement NY made.
We can agree to disagree, but Tiffany and NY are not the same. One is a person the other is a character. Now, I am sure there are times when the two may cross path.
I just think the haters of NY are using this as a target for hating her more.
I don’t care if other people who talked bad about Jennifer Hudson feel bad about what they said. I still think condolences are insincere and unnecessary and I still don’t care about what happened to her family. I really don’t feel sad or sympathetic to the situation not because I truly hate Jennifer Hudson (although I am annoyed by her) but because I really don’t care.
The missing vehicle has been found this morning with the body of a boy inside of it. It has not been confirmed but there are speculations that it is Jennifer’s nephew’s body.

FOLKS: About New York’s apology::
I’ve been telling you all along that “New Yotk” is a persona, not the actually person, Tiffany. Her apology seemed VERY sincere to me, and very heart felt. The “dark, lonely side-street” was about a gesture of providing the pretty set of street light candles — take a closer look, very thoughtful IMHO.
Tiffany has a challenge being “New York” just like Howard Stern has had the same challenge being “Howard on the radio” for all of these years. Howard goes to therapy to reconcile such issues; in many cases, he has stated that he doesn’t like to be hated or controversial, but that is his job — the same with Tiffany and Sister Patterson. The problem is that fans/people can get caught up in there personas and believe them to be the person.
Oh well, phuck it. My words will not likely change many opinions. As they say on The Wire: The game is the game.
I actually like the fact that NY apologized through YouTube. I’m sure there were many NY fans who were wondering where NY stood with JH after these murders, so it gave NY fans an answer. It also proved that she wasn’t worried about hurting her HBIC persona to get this message across.

It has now been confirmed that the body of little Julian was in the SUV.
That baby had been shot multiple times and one of those shots were to the back of the head. He was found on the floor in the back of the SUV.
Words cannot express my sadness for Julia, Jennifer and Julian’s father.
