So Hood Interview
Apologies for abandoning the site for a few days, but I warned you, didn’t I? November is that time of the year for me.
Anyways, So Hood had her exit interview on VH1 which you’ve almost surely read, but, maybe you haven’t.
Here’s an excerpt…
What did you think about the name So Hood? Are you so hood?
At first, I was iffy because I don’t live in the hood or nowhere near the hood. I actually have a beautiful home in the suburbs. I do have the ability to be so hood when needed. The president of my association came to the door and said, “Your son can’t bounce the ball,” or whatever. I looked at her square in the eye and I said, “You’re dealing with a girl who don’t give a fuck.” I march to my own beat. I thank God everyday for giving me the ability to speak my mind whenever I feel like it. It comes in handy when I’m in Wal-Mart and there’s 200 people in line and they got 3,000 registers and only one’s open. That’s when So Hood comes out.
Any regrets at all?
I wish I woulda kicked Meatball’s ass. If I knew I was going home the next day, I woulda just beat the shit outta that girl. I also wish I did some more freaky things to Chance

Maze — If I were her son, I would be so ashamed. I would hate to be that kid and go to school after her episodes aired.
Yeah I don’t know any schoolage kids but I have watched this one tv drama where the mom was cheating on her husband with another man and everybody including other parents knew about it. Word got around and they’d tease her son everyday saying stuff like “I hear your mom gives good head” and stuff like that. Not too far of a stretch of it happening in real life. But these parents don’t care what they do and how it affects their kids.
I dont know if anyone mentioned this yes.. but I do believe that by Real saying Lusty had “some issues” he was making reference to the fact that she was crazy saying how she slit her old mans throat (even though it was in jest). Also he had a fear that she was going to cut off “mr.happy” I think THAT was the issue not so much her crying over her dead mother, which is understandable.
Joe — Real is an idiot. Lusty had every right to be mad that her man got married without telling her. (Although, how that happened, I will never know.) I know I would go crazy if that happened to me. Granted, Lusty is batshit anyway.
Chance is either a very nice guy or he is gay. Most men would have spet with So Hood and used her until the end. Flavor Flav and Brett Micheals did it( had sex with the runner’s up then dump her at the end).
Many women with those over-sexual personality are really making up for an insecurity within themselves. For example, Lil Kim is over-sexual but she has very low self-esteem in real life. Aneglique on ROL is over sexual and she is just not as pretty as the other girls, she will never get the same amount of attention, Megan or Kristy Joe gets. However, I don’t what so hood’s problem is because men of all races find her attractive.
Veronica — I wouldn’t say that he’s gay because he didn’t want to sleep with her. If I was a guy, I wouldn’t want to sleep with her because of all the baggage and all the diseases I could possibly get. Chance is has a bad boy image, and I think deep down he is a nice guy, considering he cried when he eliminated her. You bring up an excellent point with Angelique, and I couldn’t agree with you more on that. So Hood IS pretty, but her sexuality takes away from her beauty. I don’t want to assume anything, but I wouldn’t doubt if So Hood had father issues or was abused when she was a child or adolescent.
Maybe by chance letting sohood go he really is looking for love
he could have kept her there and had his way with her but didnt.
I think this proves that men prefer nice girls they keep the wild
for a good time but they are not takin seiously or to be taken
home to meet mom. As for lusty i think she has some seroius issues
and should have been let go. She is scary saying your going to slit
someone throat because they dropped you and got married. All i have
to say to that is yeah it does hurt but if they dont want you then
screw them they dont diserve you.
Well, I think she was feeling Chance fo real, because she probably thought that is what chance was wanting n a female. She played that role and it got her azz kick off.Everyone knew it wasn’t the way she look cause she was very cute. She remine me of a more GHETTO “NEW NEW” (ATL), but who knows she probably get her own show.
