Not really, I live in the burbs (So hood, I live by the Metra so come on by, but call/email first). I am not one to front, I just heard the word and it grew on me. Where I grew up, it waa the city, but not the hood. You know how Black neighborhoods are, you could have a family making $100k per year living next to a family making $40k per year.
