   She has to be on something. No one in their right mind would do that. You throw yourself a birthday party to look good and make everyone else jealous. You don’t throw a party so everyone can laugh at you unless you told everyone else to look stupid too.

    New York looks… special. I won’t say it looks worse than Raven or a some other girls’ hair that we’ve see, but I don’t think her hair is at its best. Since it’s a birthday party, unless I misunderstand, it isn’t something that she’ll be sticking with for a long time, so it’s okay. I’ll chalk it up to dressing up for her Bday.
