Beverly the drunk, spoke to Rich the blogger, recently…
What was it about Brittaney that got you so worked-up and angry?
It carried over from Rock of Love, but you didn’t really see that, so nobody really understood why I was so angry with her. She got kicked off the Pink Bus because nobody could stand her, and she ended up moving over to the Blue. She took my bed, and I told her she needed to get out of it.
It got heated and she was basically like, “I’m staying here, leave me alone, you’re crazy, blahblahblah. I thought you were one of the real ones on the show, and now I see that you’re just as fake as everybody else. When I heard you on the phone with your kids the other night, I thought you were a good mother and a good person. But I don’t know how you can come on a show like this and abandon your kids like that. You’re a horrible mother.”
I just looked at her like: “Oh, you so don’t even want to go there with me.”
At that point, I knew if I hit her I was off the show. It was like: fine. You keep the bed, I’ll take it back when you’re eliminated. She got eliminated that night, so that was the last time I saw her before Charm School. So, it carried over from that. Obviously, everybody had their own issues with her. So we get there and everyone starts confronting her and she’s acting just as loony as before. We start drinking and I start in on, “Why are you gonna go there with me? You don’t know me. You don’t know how I am. You don’t know anything about me and you’re going to pass judgment on me as a mother.” It escalated from there. You saw us get into it in the room and then out by the pool, I honestly drank so much that I hardly remember it. The only part I remember is grabbing her hair.
I kind of wondered why they din’t ention her ex on the reunion, now I see that he was there they just edited it out. That sucks and leaves us with a false image of Bev

Most of what she said is true. I know I’m sipping on the wine after my daughter goes to bed…. actually there are a lot of moms like that.
Alcohol sucks.
Actually it’s been studied that red wine helps your digestive system & wards off certain diseases. A glass a day can be a good thing. But of course the FDA wants to find fault with that science so they’re on a witch hunt.

See how editing can fuck someone’s image up .. I had to say , when I saw the episode of charm school , when beverly started to go off on Brittaney , I was like ” WTF ?! She’s trying to start some shit , she’s desperate for some attention ” , but now that she explained on her interview what really happened , I gotta say that I understand why she did what she did and I wish she would’ve done worse lol !
But anyway , i still like Brittaney , because I feel like she’s gonna be the controversal chick this season , and the reason why we’re all gonna watch !
That’s stupid that they didn’t show her husband or her interview in the ROLBus reunion. I agree, why the fuck show Constantine (sp?). Maybe the ex didn’t want the footage to be show? Who knows?

Mimiblaze, there is SO much they didn’t show. I hate VH1 for that. But I do think you’re right; he’s probably a private person & doesn’t want his face plastered on VH1.
I think Constantine should be on ILM3 because she could use her voodoo powers to make it to the end.
Beverly proved time and time again that she’s just as bad as the rest of the girls. She has a serious alcohol problem where she tends to forget most things. Is she a bad mother by continuously going on these shows and getting hammered to the point of embarrassing herself, assaulting someone, kissing ugly ass drummers (and vocalist), in my opinion, yes!
I don’t care how much someone was edited, without some sort of fuel there is no fire. Beverly gave them more than enough fuel and she burned herself ugly.
Let me just say this to any and all the mothers here:
Would you go on one of these shows? If so, would you get wasted to the point of embarrassing yourself and family?

At risk of catching backlash by mad trollers, I fully agree. I ain’t going on a reality show. I’m one of my son’s top 2 role models, and that bears a lot of responsibility. No I don’t think she’s a bad mom, I’m just stating what I would/wouldn’t do. And I’m no angel; I do have my alcohol & my maryjane, AFTER my kid goes 2 sleep or leaves.
We all drink, have sex, and such, but we don’t do it during inappropriate moments. There’s a time and a place for everything. But if you’re on a show, you’d think you’d know better than to embarrass yourself and your family.
I have no desire to go on a reality show. At one time I wanted to do Biggest Loser but didn’t want to be humiliated on nation wide tv.
As far as one of those “…Of Love” shows. Hell No! I’ve got my man!
I don’t have any children so I’m not a mother but my perspective about Beverly is that she had kids at a very young age and maybe they are at an age where they can understand why their mom is on TV. I think that she has unresolved issues (that was assumed on ROL Bus) and maybe she’s now catching up on her teenage/young adult/party years. The times in her life where she should of been on her prime but she had kids holding her back.
I don’t know Beverly, but that’s kind of my assumption. That’s why I’m not going to have kids until I know I’m done with my crazy ass ways. LOL.

The Biggest Loser is a very positive, very motivational show. I think your kid(s) would be proud to see their mother on there.
Mimiblaze, that’s how I feel. I waited until I was ready to be a homebody to have a child. A baby is not a “thing” you can just leave with various people for weeks while you go live your life. A child needs to know you’ll be there (available, if not there in person) when they need u every moment he/she is awake. Things do happen, and parents end up sending their children away for serious reasons. Even if a parent wants to further their education, or go to a fitness camp, or do something to better themselves as a person, that’s cool. Rock of Love Bus? I don’t know.

I feel you on that one. Thos etwo have too many issues to even think about bringing a child into the world. Beck has a real nasty attitude lately. I used to really like her on FOL and was pissed that NY was messing with her. But in CS she started changing up. That whole incident about her brining the picture back up just didn’t set well with me. Yeah everyone was pissed and if Schtar didn’t do it she should have been allowde to come back but Becky wasn’t involved and should have seriously kept her mouth shut!

I really wish people would stop throwing around “bad mother” to anyone on VH1 with a kid. These people are not acting like this around their children, nor have we seen how they act around said children.
Until one of these kids comes out and says that so and so is a bad mother and was neglected/abused etc, I think we all need to shut the fuck up.

That’s exactly what I thought of too, alicia. I think everyone, or mostly everyone, acts differently around kids than they do normally. I know I STFU and try to be really nice and good when dealing with kids.

I read somewhere that it’s not getting theatrically released (IE not the festival circuit) until Novemberish, so I’m expecting an Oscar nom for Monique and/or Mariah Carey.

I honestly don’t give a damn if these bitches are bad mothers or not because my mindset is that these hookers should have never had damn kids in the first place. not because I believe that somewhere in the back of their minds they felt they were gonna go on TV one day but just because I just don’t like the notion of parenthood. However, I’m not one of those hypocrites that will say they don’t want kids and then go out and keep having unprotected sex like a dumbass. I’m actually willing to not have sex until I get married (I waited this long so I might as well wait until then) and I’m not going to get married until I have surgery to make sure I can’t have kids.
Good luck finding a doctor to do something like that to a perfectly healthy 21 year old. I know you have no interest in children or sex, but you should just use an IUD (they last 5 years) until a doctor will do that… I know a woman w/ Crohn’s disease and her doctor won’t do that for her and she’s in really rough shape… Carrying a baby will not only make her sicker, but also fuck up the babies health.
I thought about that but I’m really not cool with a doctor having to do what they have to do to get the thing in place. I haven’t even gone to a doctor to get one of those checkups yet because I’m definitely not cool with pain or putting things in there that don’t fit.
If by one of those checkups you mean pap smear, then I’m sure everything’s fine w/ you because you’re not having sex anyway and that’s what those tests are for.. Unless you have endemetriosis, which is a whole other story.
I had an IUD in for 2 yrs – no problem. Then, it got stuck in my uterus and I had to have surgery to get it removed and the doctor tells me I was pregnant also! WTF?! Well, my baby is 16 months now and my tubes are tied.
My friend had to have a complete historectomy at 16 because of endometriosis. It was next to impossible to get a dr to do it. But she couldnt have had kids anyway so they finally found someone.
I have an IUD and I have heard alot of stories like Roxana’s. It is really kinda scary. I am glad you didnt have any problems and that your baby is doing well.
Endometriosis at 16? That sucks! My mom got it at 32-33 and even THEN she still had a hard time finding a doctor to do a hysterectomy… She got it, but they left her eggs in there.
Roxana’s story about it is the #1 reason I’m sticking w/ Depo despite my doctor telling me that an IUD is better for me.
She had a total one. Everything got taken out. Her ovaries were undersized and her scaring was too bad for her to be able to carry a child. The only reason they gave her one is because a specailist in Charleston told them that there was no need for her to not have it because of every thing wrong. SHe still had to do alot of pschological testing before they could which makes sense.

She is. She has alot of medical problems. She wasnt supposed to live past 3, then 12, then 16 and she is now 22 . I admire her more than anyone. She is an amazing woman who I am glad to be able to say I know.
Jess, depo made me gain 40 pounds in 3 years! That is drastic. I got off the depo in March and instantly loss 10 lbs (and still slowly but surely am working hard at loosing the weight depo gave me). How’s depo working for you? I loved the fact that I haven’t had a period in 3 years but I don’t want to risk my looks for that. LOL.
All that stuff sounds like it sucks. I’m aware a hysterectomy isn’t the only surgical option for permanent infertility but I’ll be damned if I try to get a fucking IUD, depo-provera shots or take some stupid pills every day for a temoprary solution.

The kids do live with their father, but we have joint custody. There are various reasons for that, the main one being that he was staying in the house and in order for the kids to stay in the same school, they needed to stay there, too. It’s not because I’m an unfit mother. People saw me on Rock of Love and said, “Look at how she drinks! What a horrible mother.” Well, I obviously don’t act that way around my children. There were lots of things on Rock of Love that I didn’t get involved in because I didn’t want them to have to answer for stuff I’ve done.”

I like Beverly, and I’m kind of sad to see her go. On the one hand, I really think she would have been entertaining and funny. I also feel that to a degree, Brittaney did egg her on. And personally, I thought the hair pulling was kind of funny, and was good TV. On the other hand, it was really ridiculous of her to drink herself into such a state. Just because you’re seeing people again, doesn’t mean you should get drunk like that. Also, Beverly was kind of acting like a bully when confronting Starr. Overall, it’s not the worse loss ever, and I’m not incredibly disappointed in seeing her go home.
Beverly is not a bad mother, or at least we can’t tell from her time on reality tv, but she DOES need rehab. It’s funny how she tried to prove she was classy on ROLB but she is as messed up as some of the other girls.

I thought Bev looked pretty this time around and she wasn’t looking tomboyish. I think she could have resolved her issues with Star cuz taking sum1 elses bed isn’t a reason to attack, and she has gotten that she is a bad mother from other ppl besides Star, so going after her was just ridiculous.
