The episode opens with KO talking to Bay Bay Bay about her life. She reveals she was raped and both of them start crying.
Bay Bay Bay is in utter shock about what she’s hearing but wants KO to stop feeling sorry for herself.

The next morning Marcia wakes up and exercises. She feels good, she says, because she didn‘t drink the night before. Later, the girls go to the great hall to learn about their 6th commandment “Thou shalt pull it together”.
There, Stryker introduces life-coach Mark E. Stevens who talks about setting goals. He tells the girls to write what they want to do with their lives but Brittanya is confused about the lesson (What the hell is so confusing about what‘s important in your life? Either you know or you don‘t know; it‘s just that simple).

Mark then asks the girls… Ashley says she wants to be a nurse and should probably go back to school to do it (Nursing may be a better alternative considering she‘s not that great at stripping)
KO says she wants to start a charity for foster kids. Bubbles rattles off a list of widely assorted goals and believes they are all possible to attain.

Risky says she wants to be able to open up more. Bay Bay Bay says she wants to be a singer and an actress, then sings, (and she actually doesn‘t have a terrible voice).
Stryker tells the girls to prepare for their next challenge and ends the lesson.

The girls ride the bus until they arrive at a daycare-center and learn the challenge is to build a playground set. Ricki selects Bubbles and Marcia to be Team Captains. Bubbles gets to decide whether she wants to have 2 or 3 other girls on her team and she decides to choose KO and Bay Bay Bay to be on her team. Marcia will lead a team with Brittanya, Ashley and Risky.
The girls have trouble putting their tool belts but they eventually begin the challenge.

Bay Bay Bay gets confused at the directions (Why are directions to put together stuff for kids always the hardest things to comprehend?). Marcia decides to give each girl a different task to build different things but Risky thinks that’s a bad idea. Marcia’s team is working diligently but KO’s team begins to catch up quickly; however Ricki notes that she places one of the beams incorrectly.
It’s getting dark and Ricki makes everyone stop working. Ricki tells the girls that nobody will be safe from elimination since nobody finished the challenge.

Damn KO, You Should Be On Dr. Phil

Later the girls are all invited to have dinner with Ricki. At dinner, Marcia talks about how difficult it is to not drink. Bay Bay Bay wonders how difficult childbirth would be and tries to ask Ricki about her experience with it but the story of KO’s mother dying at childbirth comes up. Afterwards, KO begins to dominate the conversation which annoys Ashley (It‘s annoying me too because I‘ve heard this story like 5 times already).

Ricki then makes everyone select who they would want to win if it couldn’t be themselves. Bay Bay Bay and Risky want KO to win. Marcia wants Bubbles to win. Brittanya and Ashley choose each other to win and KO feels Risky deserves to win.
The dinner ends and the girls decide to drink…well everyone except Marcia. KO tries to offer Marcia alcohol and Marcia gets mad and goes upstairs. KO is extremely drunk and she blurts out that her mom died having a heart attack which makes Ashley and Marcia feel that KO is a liar because she told Ricki at dinner that she didn‘t know why her mom died.

Later KO walks around holding her chest but the other girls just think she’s drunk so they help her try to go to bed.

In the morning, Brittanya goes to check on KO and KO says she’s still having chest pains and she goes to the hospital. Marcia is still pissed at KO offering her alcohol and Marcia and Ashley think she’s lying about her heart condition. Risky tells Marcia and Ashley that she didn’t know about any of KO’s issues or stories on RCOL (You didn’t know about KO’s issues because I and everyone else didn’t realize you were on RCOL until after KO got eliminated) and feels that KO may be lying to gather attention or sympathy.

Bay Bay Bay decides to go talk to Ricki about KO. Bay Bay Bay tells Ricki about how KO keeps changing her stories to get attention and tells her that KO is at the hospital. To not seem like a snitch, Bay Bay Bay offers to give Ricki the option to send her home if she feels someone else is more deserving to stay (What the hell kind of twisted logic is that?)

Eliminations

KO returns, just as the girls are getting dressed for elimination. The girls are all called to detention to vote and KO, Risky and Marcia are all voted to the carpet. Risky is confused (As am I; but she did vote for Bubbles previously) about Bubbles voting for her while KO doesn’t understand why all the girls have suddenly turned on her.

At elimination Ricki asks KO why she’s been gone and KO says she had a cardiac block and assures Ricki that she’s fine (WTF?)
Ricki feels something is amiss and Marcia speaks up. She talks about how KO offered her a drink and KO says it was a joke while Stryker is appalled that KO would do something like that. KO, Marcia and Risky come down to the carpet and Ricki is surprised at who’s been voted to the Bottom 3.

Ricki asks KO why she thinks she’s there and KO feels that her joke towards Marcia is why she’s there. Marcia doesn’t really want to say anything to KO but Risky calls KO out on her differing stories.
KO begins to cry about not having insurance and comes up with another story about how she was diagnosed with her heart condition at age 21 (Seriously? How can anyone feel sorry for her now. This is pathetic).

Bay Bay Bay begins to feel really bad for KO. Ricki is extremely confused about what she wants to do because she feels that none of girls on the carpet deserve to go home, so she asks Bay Bay Bay if she still wants to give up her spot. Risky obviously doesn’t want Bay Bay Bay to give up her spot and continues to shake her head in disagreement but Bay Bay Bay agrees to eliminate herself to save the other three girls.

Ricki ushers KO to go thank Bay Bay Bay for her actions and KO goes up to tell Bay Bay Bay that everything she’s said wasn’t a lie and that she wants to eliminate herself to save Bay Bay Bay (You know what, they should just let her go home considering this would be the first time KO actually went home after trying to quit).

The deans are absolutely stunned at this turn of events and the episode ends with everyone uncertain of who is going home.
