When you make a comment to someone that is supposed to be rude in a "sweet" way, that is passive aggressive. When you find a person's twitter and see that you were mentioned in a negative way and say "thank you for keeping me in your thoughts :)" that's passive aggressive. You are basically saying "I'm watching you! I know what you said about me!" with a big FAKE smile on your face. When you make comments about someone as a mother (which is the whole START of why I have a problem with you) and say "tsk tsk tsk" you're being passive aggressive. Now I'm done.
