Coming off the heels of nearly getting eliminated, resident villain Blonde-Baller decides to go to Chance’s room to spend time with him.
The other Chance girls realize Blonde-Baller is missing and are jealous of the possibility that Chance and Blonde Baller are having sex (I don’t know why they believe Chance wants to have sex with any of them).

The next morning, Chance and Real tell the girls that they will be going to Stallionaire Court where they will be broken up into 3 teams to present a case against a girl on another team.
The 3 teams are:
The Contemptresses: Baker, Hot Wings and Pocahontas
The Impeaches: Classy, Sassy and Blonde-Baller
The Pleading Hearts: Mamacita, Flirty and Doll

If the glove don’t fit, I will not hit

Two hours to prepare and the girls break off into their groups to work.
Baker decides that she wants her team to present their case against Blonde-Baller (Shocker!).
Flirty suggests making a case against Hot Wings, and while there is no issue with the selection, Doll feels Mamacita and Flirty are too air-headed to work with.
Classy, Sassy and Blonde-Baller decide to target Flirty for their case.

The girls go to the courtroom where they are greeted by Micah (It seems like he decided to get a jump-start on Halloween by dressing up as one of the Village People) who in turn introduces Chance and Real in silly judge costumes (Not that there should be a RCOL3 or anything but if there is they just need to go ahead and get some contestants for Micah too because it makes no sense how he shows up more often than half of the contestants).

The Pleading Hearts go first and accuse Hot Wings of trying to leave the competition. The case starts strong but Mamacita messes up and Hot Wings is found not guilty.

The Impeaches are next and they accuse Flirty of being trashy and having too much baggage. Sassy questions Flirty hard and makes Flirty admit to being a stripper with pending court cases. She admits to skipping court dates and surprised there (How the hell do you not go to court and think that nothing is gonna happen to you?).
This causes Chance and Real to grill Flirty themselves and they find Flirty guilty of the charges.

The Contemptresses are last to present. And their case accuses Blonde Baller of being liar.
Pocahontas interrogates Blonde-Baller and gets her caught up in her lies about her father’s knowledge of where she currently lives.

Baker then calls Classy up as a witness and she recalls the day Blonde Baller told her about Chance’s ‘ashy ankles’ comment.
Chance gets upset that Blonde Baller told Classy about that comment and in the ‘Confessional’, he accuses her of being a liar (WTF? Out of all the things Blonde Baller lied about you’re mad about something that’s actually true?)

Chance and Real deliver the verdict, finding Blonde Baller guilty of being a liar.
The challenge ends and Chance and Real declare the Impeaches the winners of the challenge but before the girls are dismissed, Chance and Real say they will have an elimination that night after they have their dates.

Elimination

When the girls return to the house, Flirty is upset about how things went at the challenge and further upset about Blonde Baller getting to go on a date with Chance.

At the in-house date, Real gets to know Sassy and Classy. Real finds Sassy intriguing and Classy boring (You know you have no life when you have to bring up your accomplishments from high school to be able to hold a conversation).

Meanwhile, Chance and Blonde Baller talk and Chance hopes Blonde Baller doesn‘t snitch about the other girls.
Blonde Baller says she wants to work on a connecting with Chance but she immediately reverts to snitching on Flirty, and Chance ends the date to prepare for ‘Eliminations’.
Back at Real’s date, Sassy and Real continue to flirt while Classy ends up looking on from the sideline. Later, Chance goes to talk to Flirty and after the talk, Flirty gets frustrated and cries about feeling like she’s going home.

At ‘Elimination’, Flirty, Blonde Baller and Classy are nervous as Real gives his first chain to Sassy.
Chance gives his first, to Hot Wings.

Real gives his chains to his 3 remaining girls but he tells Classy that he wants to have more fun with her. Chance gives chains to Baker and Mamacita.

Blonde Baller and Flirty are the ‘Bottom 2′ and Chance gives his last chain to Flirty.
Chance tells Blonde Baller that he eliminated her because of her snitching and lying.
