Matic’s For The Love Of Ray J 2 Episode 5 Recap
The episode opens with Heartbreaker wanting to exact revenge against Flossy for telling Ray J that she’s a stripper. In somewhat of an impromptu house meeting, Heartbreaker tells the other girls that they have to get Flossy out of the house because she’s presumptuous (Maybe she wouldn’t act like she already won the show if the rest of you tried to do something that doesn’t involve loitering, whining and drinking all day.)
The next morning, Ray J greets the girls in-person to tell them that the challenge he planned for the day is canceled because he wants to take everyone on dates. He then tells Extra, Caliente, Flossy and Platinum to get ready to go to the beach.
Extra is not pleased with having to share a date with three other people, but of course that’s still not going to stop her from going.
Beach Bowl I
At the beach, Ray J immediately pulls Flossy aside to talk to her and she shares how the other girls in the house attack her, particularly because she told him about Heartbreaker being a stripper.
Extra and Caliente are immensely jealous of Ray J talking to Flossy however that’s all put aside when Ray J decides to play a little beach football. Nothing notable comes from this except Caliente shoving Flossy aside.
The date ends and Ray J and the girls head back to the house.
Back at the house, Ray J tells Mz Berry that he wants to take her out on a solo date so he advises her to get dressed up.
Ray J and Mz Berry head out to dinner in a fancy car while Heartbreaker, Paradeez and Luscious look on and hate. (C’mon man! Nikes and a disheveled suit with an unbuttoned shirt does not classify as ‘dressing up’.)
At dinner, Mz Berry finally comes clean about finalizing her divorce just before coming on the show. Ray J whines about not wanting to be a rebound-guy while Mz Berry tells him that she doesn’t like to share a man in a relationship. (So basically all I get from this is there’s no way in hell a potential relationship between them would work out because it would be a rebound for both of them and Ray J can’t keep his dick in his pants for just one woman).
Back at the house, the rat pack - Heartbreaker, Caliente, Luscious and Paradeez - gang up on Flossy and a big argument ensues. Heartbreaker throws a drink on Flossy and in shock and frustration; Flossy throws a drink in Heartbreaker’s face.
A big drink fight (unfortunately not as big or as shamefully foolish as the Blonde Alliance drink fight from ILM1) erupts and Flossy walks off in anger and frustration.
Ray J and Mz. Berry return from their date.
Heartbreaker immediately tells Ray J about Flossy while Caliente, Exotica, Luscious and Jaguar try to defend Heartbreaker (Why are all these background bitches being yes men to this Chuck-E-Cheese rat looking bitch).
Heartbreaker admits to throwing a drink on Flossy and Ray J goes up to talk to Flossy. Flossy tells Ray J hat happened and cries about the other girls being jealous of her. Ray J consoles Flossy and tells her not to worry about the other girls. Ray J wants Flossy to go downstairs with him so he can tell the other girls to “squash” the conflict.
Downstairs, Heartbreaker refuses to calm down but Ray J tells her that she needs to calm down and let it go.
The next morning Ray J reassembles the girls to tell Exotica, Jaguar and Heartbreaker they will get dates that morning while Luscious and Paradeez will have dates later. Ray J takes Exotica, Jaguar and Heartbreaker to a bowling alley.
Ray J decides to let the girls bowl for alone-time. The match is basically between Heartbreaker and Jaguar because Exotica sucks at bowling.
Eventually Heartbreaker wins the alone-time and Ray J pulls her aside to talk. She tells Ray J that her main job is a bartender but she does strip occasionally when she gets bored (Who the fuck says that? That’s like an alcoholic saying they only drink a lot on the weekends). Heartbreaker then tries to slam Flossy for being insincere and immature. The date ends and Ray J returns to the house to have dates with Luscious and Paradeez.
Ray J takes Luscious and Paradeez out back for a spa treatment. Ray J asks Luscious what she does on a day to day basis and she says she models and been in magazines but she’s been more of a homebody lately (Why does my bullshit meter go off every time she speaks?) When Ray J asks Paradeez the same she says all she does is go to school and that she has 8 cats (LMMFAO. A cat lady; We never had one of those on VH1).
When Ray J tries to have a substantive conversation with Paradeez, it falls flat, so Ray J leaves to talk to Luscious. The time Ray J and Luscious spend together is way more engaging but eventually Ray J leaves to go back to talk to Paradeez. This conversation doesn’t fare any better and Ray J leaves feeling even more disappointed.
Elimination
At elimination, Mz Berry gets the first glass. Flossy gets second, to Heartbreaker’s chagrin.
Caliente, Exotica, Platinum, Luscious, Jaguar, and Extra get glasses. Heartbreaker and Paradeez remain in the ‘Bottom 2′ and both are nervous about going home. Ray J addresses Paradeez about not trying to connect with him. He then tells Heartbreaker that he appreciates her fighting for him but doesn’t like the fighting with other girls.
Ray J calls Heartbreaker down and gives her his final glass. He calls Paradeez down and tells her that he wanted her to be more aggressive towards him. Heartbreaker vows not to worry about the other girls and just focus on getting Ray J to notice her (I guarantee this will work for maybe one episode, 2 tops, if VH1 edits her to become a background bitch).

As usual, Ray J obviously wants to keep his show as boring as ever.
What happened to the hosts who encouraged drama? I mean damn.

I wouldn’t say the episode is really worth watching. All they do is sit around and complain about each other all day……while managing to accentuate their rat-faceness (although I’m pretty sure damn near all of them think they are cute). They aren’t cute, most of them really do look like rodents to me.

I think 51 Minds/VH1 wanted to tone down these love shows as far as the violence and drama after Meagan sued Sharon Osbourne because yet again Ray J’s show was borderline boring.
What they fail to realize is the drama and fighting is what got folks hooked on these shows in the first place. If they take that away there’s noting left but idle chit chat and empty threats.
Extra is starting to be funny to me now. When she was getting ready to run into the water and saw the big waves coming toward her and turned around real fast and ran back I cracked up.
LOL @ Ray J and his choices of where to take the girls on dates…bowling alley and a backyard mani/pedi. At least he took Ms. Berry to a nice dinner.
I knew Paradeez was going home when she started talking about her 8 cats…next one to go should be Exotica. Chick is dizzy silly.

Ever notice that since VH1 started casting “beautiful” girls that the shows have been getting more and more dull?
That’s because “beautiful” girls think they look too good to do anything because they will get by on their looks……and unfortunately it’s still true. Risky and Brittanya are the epitome of that.

Hes really nice how he was saying as soon as he gets it he will post it. 51 Minds only sends them news to post it so I guess they haven’t sent it to him yet since they don’t want it to be revealed yet. But I THINK it would be on a Monday as all the other ILM cast reveals were just under 2 months before they premiered and on a Monday so they can reveal the cast throughout the week. So on Mondays sometime in December. If it isn’t revealed it December we can be sure that it won’t air since. But I see it coming in the next 2 weeks or something.

Umm….I stopped watchin FTLORJ2 LOL! My picks left early and it’s SOOO boring. And contrary 2 what some people are sayin, the females this season are UGMO. Heartbreaker iz number 1 on that list, followed by Flossy,Exotica,Extra,and so on. Platinum has a weird azz face; Luscious gets on my nerves; I don’t see the beauty in Jaguar; etc. I miss the FTLORJ1 girls.
