   Let’s see. Before the earthquake, Haiti was the poorest country in this hemisphere. 35 percent of the population is illiterate. 5% of all adults are HIV positive. 90% of all children suffer from some form of disease. Up to 40% of their country’s budget each year is made up of Federal Aid, mostly by the US. This is a country where the most popular religion is Haitian Vodou. This was a place where the gross domestic product was $2 per person per day. This was a country where the corrupt governments have been overthrown multiple times, and the current one requires permanent US military protection and intervention. This is a country where child slavery and forced labor have been prevalent for over 200 years. This is a country that has sucked the worlds resources dry for the enrichment of a select few families who replaced the sugar/coffee plantation owners in the 1790’s, where the average person lives in filth, ignorance, and fear. OF COURSE!!! WE ARE GIVING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO BRING THIS PLACE BACK TO THIS RICH HISTORY!!!!!!! Idiots.

   I feel bad for kind of agreeing with this.

   To whoever wrote that bullshit about haiti…are you fuckin kidding me? If u were any kind of god fearing person, you would see that helping these people would be the most christ like thing to do. Regardless of what they believe, these are people in desperate need, and its our job as christians or human beings for that matter, to save them. They dont deseve to die or suffer just because they were lead down the wrong path. What kind of person are you to ever say such horrible things?
