Matic’s Frank the Entertainer in A Basement Affair Episode 3 Recap
It’s early days yet, but Jenny feels she needs one-on-one time with Frank. Frank’s concern lies with Annie whom he has never kissed (Worrying about kissing Annie would be the last thing on my mind).
That aside, the girls receive a note instructing them to get dressed for today’s challenge. Color coded shirts await them… (Today my cheapness alarm is going off for the notebook paper note).
Dressed in pink, Cathy finds out she’s on Renee’s team and ponders throwing the challenge (Bitch, this is not I Love Money and though you look like Buckwild, you are not).
Outside, Frank and his parents announce they will be having a garage sale. The team which makes the most money will win the ‘Challenge’.
The teams are assembled as such; Pink Team: Renee and Cathy; Blue Team: Jenny, Dana and Annie; Yellow Team: Tammy, Christi and Felicia; Green Team: Kerry, Melissa and Melody
The garage sale begins with a relay to collect items. Cathy lazily grabs small items to try and slow down Renee, while Tammy is unsure of what to grab.
Observing Cathy’s attitude, Renee grabs an old TV in the hope it would fetch a good price. But, as she runs back to her post, she falls dramatically and drops the TV.
Susan is extremely unhappy about Renee damaging her TV but now it’s time to sell the items (A TV like that really wouldn’t sell if it did work because it’s not even big enough to use as a stand for a new TV).
Most of the girls are not great at haggling (or speaking Italian) and as a result, none of them seem to be making much money. The Yellow Team, wisely, decides to sell kisses and massages to make money.
The other girls look on enviously, but Annie decides to make portraits to sell for money (Those drawings are good. She should have done that for the last challenge).
Susan looks on from the balcony, sees massages on offer and comes downstairs to yell at Felicia, Christi and Tammy. Frank decides to end the garage sale so they can count the money. (Susan’s cuntiness is just over the top)
The announcement comes and the Blue team wins, so Jenny, Dana and Annie get dates.
The Dates
Tammy decides to give Annie a makeover before going on her date. Christi decides to help out and in the end… they make her look scary but Frank is very impressed so whatever.
Frank takes the girls to a pool hall for their date (At least it’s not as bad as Bret taking his women to a damn strip club for a date).
While playing pool, Jenny feels Frank isn’t paying much attention to her and she is a little upset about him not coming after her (Why are we still getting women coming on these shows thinking the host is supposed to chase after THEM!?)
Frank decides to spend alone time with all the women. Jenny is first and he buys her roses after a walk.
In the ‘Confessional’, Frank admits that it may not be worth the effort to chase after Jenny (What I don’t get is how this bitch thinks she’s deserving of men giving her shit for absolutely nothing in return).
Next Dana gets her alone time. Frank admits that it is hard for him to remember her at night because of her shyness.
Finally, Annie gets her alone time and Frank compliments her on the portraits. They share the only kiss of this date (Is it just me or is this camera angle making it look like police surveillance on a guy trying to pick up a prostitute?)
Elimination
In the morning, Susan grumbles about the dirty dishes in the sink. She goes upstairs to tell the girls to clean up the kitchen, the bathroom and their rooms (She has a damn good point. They have been there for 4-5 days and the house looks like absolute shit… happens every show but that doesn’t mean she has to stand for it).
Meanwhile, Frank decides to spend time with Tammy and Christi since they gave Annie a makeover. They walk to a nearby bakery for cupcakes (So VH1 took back their rent-a-bus now too? Damn!)
Frank tries to talk to Tammy and finds it’s hard to hold a conversation with her. Christi however, tells Frank that Renee is boasting she’s a snitch for him.
Back at the house, Frank pulls Renee aside to address the rumors while Kerry, Melody and Felicia eavesdrop. (How the fuck can they call Renee a ‘snitch’ when someone is always listening to every conversation she has?)
At ‘Elimination’, Jenny is confident because she says she has ‘sexual chemistry’ with Frank. (Uh??? Someone explain how no touching, no hugging, no kissing and minimal conversation equals sexual chemistry? Unless something is going on behind the scenes…in which case she probably still fails because Frank doesn’t seem to be too impressed with her ass).
Annie gets the first key. Kerry, Melody, (Who?) Christi, Melissa, Felicia, Dana, Cathy, and Renee get keys leaving Jenny and Tammy in the ‘Bottom Two’.
Frank calls Jenny forward and gives her the final key but he warns her, “I won’t wait forever”.
In her exit speech about how communication is necessary to sustain a relationship, Tammy shows more clarity than she has the entire time she’s been on the show.

Jennifer is breathtakingly beautiful.
Susan is overdoing it. It’s all fake and obviously so.
And Mandy was keeping the house clean so she can take that dirty house and shove it.
And Frank is fake. You have a hot-ass woman like Jennifer in the house and playing the fool. I would have had her in that basement all night.
Finally, I’ve never see bright red lipstick look so damn good on an ebony skinned girl.

I saw this same pic of Dee from another angle and I don’t think it was photo shopped becuse the stretch marks that I saw, which was from the side, were showing in all their glory and looked horrible. Even her hands had veins all over them.
I know when a woman is pregnant her body goes through a boatload of changes within and without. I can understand that but what I can’t understand is why they want to have their swollen belly exposed to the public posing in a pic.
IMO, if you want to take pics like that save if for your family album.

I like Annie alot she has a funny personality and she looked almost pretty when her and Franks went on a date I can see her making it a little farther bottom 7 or 6. Jenny Jennifer whatever I like her but I sort of don’t too. I think she’ll be gone soon. And Cathy and Kerry will make it far only because they’re his type. No they dont it’s pretty long i would pick up the magazine. But she claims that they are heading back in summer 2010 back to mexico and re-tape it and said “they might use the same alliances” and bring new people in along with the old cast (im guessing they are replacing some people) But she was kinda excited and they were saying people who had a hard time on the 3 installment would be having a more harder time on the show.
Thanks! Lacey will probably be a VERY early out if she goes to re-tape. Buckeey was out within the first 5 episodes last time I’m pretty sure, so she might make it further hopefully. Bootz will be thrown onto the re-taping wagon as a new person I’m pretty sure. But I am happy ILM3 was canceled and not ILM4. Cause look what I was told:

Regarding Frank, an accurate and funny synopsis. Jenny’s trippin- I don’t care how gorgeous she is. Get over yourself or get the boot. As plain as Annie is, I have to give her credit for being comfortable with herself and truly shining this episode. She deserved the first key. Probably the last time she’ll see that.
Check at the 1st ten minutes of this ep. when Frank walks out of his “basement” door. You could see windows and lights! Gods, it’s probably Command Control One for this borefest.
This is the most syrupy, middle-of-the-road of the 51 Minds’ “love” shows yet. Guess Ryan Jenkins really shook them up.

Yeah 4 sounds awesome! The producer told him its their best ILM, and he was saying the plot in the game in crazy and there are so much twists which are gonna make it great. And yeah the re-tape would probably be called ILM5. I’m pretty sure Bootz will be on the next one. I think production for the next ILM will start May-June, somewhere there. Lets just hope the re-tape really happens first, when we see tons of the old ILM3 people leaving to Mexico, then we can be happy!

I used to think Junk is on it, but she was happy about ILM4 being canceled. When she said she punked BB, she meant she punked her on RCOL and when she said “Who cares if I was eliminated first” she meant that as in she was eliminated before Blonde Baller on RCOL.

I think Annie is actually really pretty in a natural quirky way. I don’t even think she wears make up so by default she looks better than 80% of those girls in the house who have to put on their faces before the camera guys even wake up.
